Goldenstate College Strengtens Global Ties with MOU Signing with National Chi Nan University in Taiwan


Goldenstate College officially marked a significant milestone in its internationalization efforts through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with National Chi Nan University on May 6, 2026. The ceremonial signing was initiated by Dr. Gregorio Warren A. Manilay, President of Goldenstate College and Dr. Dong-Sing Wuu, President of National Chi Nan University, in Taiwan.
The partnership aims to foster stronger cooperation in areas such as faculty and student exchange, joint research initiatives, academic program development, and the sharing of institutional best practices.
